Looks like Im the first in here, Hello.. (hello hello) hmm there's an echoe;-)
Hey guys hope someone's going to proof read the text on the new site ( lots of typos etc) and fill in the gaps- lots of stuff missing still;-)
Looking forward to getting my Ventile Parka with new poppers - the first one's I couldn't do up with warm hands never mind cold one's, (or gloved) but the jacket's great!
Customer service is excellent btw - thanks:D

Thanks for the kinds words, and welcome as the first member.
We are working hard at our end to iron out all of the bugs, we should have the site finished fully soon.

Site's looking promising:-)
Got my Ventile parka today, with the new poppers.
A few, I hope, constructive comments.
Bearing in mind that this Jacket is designed for inclement weather: I doubt I will be able to do one or two of the front poppers up by pressing them with one hand, as one is inclined to do when wearing the jacket. I know you have just replaced them but even though they are new, several of them are very difficult to do up, the female side doesn't locate onto the male side positively and/or comes off too easily. It requires two hands to do,two warm hands that is, cold hands would be harder (obviously)and is probably impossible with gloves on. Not sure why, perhaps it's the make of popper?
The plastic end came off one of the waisband tighteners on first use, so perhaps these could be put on more securely ( I imagine there's a way to put it back on but I can't see how at the moment)
I find the waistband and hood drawstring plastic locks too small and fiddly for my hands, again someting I doubt I could do with cold hands or with gloves on; twice the size would be better:D
Other than that I am surprised ( pleasantly) as how very warm this jacket is, it has more insulating properties than I realised - great stuff;-)
